Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days via USPS or UPS.

Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $75.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. Domestic Shipping Only At this time, Hugewick Candles only ships to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses to ensure the safety and integrity of our glass products.
5. Damages & Melted Goods Hugewick Candles is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, because soy wax is sensitive to heat, if your candle arrives melted or the glass is broken, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods. Contact us at hugewickcandles@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage so we can file a claim and send a replacement.
6. International Shipping Policy We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
